In my classroom we learn about coping skills, difficult emotions, and how to resolve conflict. I try to include mindfulness in any way that I can into my students lives! Mediation, mindful listening, mindful movement are very important to me and have been helpful in encouraging my students to face their problems head on and take care of themselves when things get difficult.
