Using a white board will give them the hands on activities that they need for group activities, instead of using chart paper all time. For ecaplbe, when we have a group activity, they can use the white board and erase it to fix their work or adjust it instead of wasting another paper of chart paper and having to start over. Also, most of the students get here after 9am, after the cafeteria closes, so they haven't eaten and it is a great distraction. By supplying some snacks, i can have them focus on the work and not their empty bellies.
