Flexible seating gives students choice. The kneeling chairs and stability balls will give students options in where they want to sit to get their work done. The stability balls will allow students movement while they work. The kneeling chairs will provide students with different position from the basic classroom chairs. Finally the floor cushions will provide comfort to students who like to sit on the floor and work. Students will be able to choose a seat that is comfortable for them and allow them to focus on completing their assignments. Just like each one of us, my students are all different. Some love to sit and work at their desk, others enjoy finding a cozy corner with limited distractions to work. By adding these seating options students will have more choice and comfort.
