At our school, students have never had a physical education class before. In the past, their first experience with physical education class was in 2nd grade. This year will be the Kindergarten and first grades first year being active. This equipment is crucial to broadening the students ideas of fun physical activity and opens a world of new sports up to them. This t-ball equipment will help students with hand-eye coordination, manipulation of a long-handled implement, and gross-motor skills. The kids will be introduced to this sport and may spark an interest to play in college when they get older.
