Foamboard is an excellent material for building scale models of architectural forms. It can be cut easily while retaining straight edges and form. Sobo glue is ideal for joining form board, It has a tacky viscous quality that supports clean construction. Olfa knives are professional grade cutting tools. Students who use them will understand how to use the tools used in college and the trade for making scale models. Through the manipulation of qualities in foamboard, olfa knives and sobo glue students will learn that characteristics in these materials can be selected and combined in the creation of a scale model based on "My Dream House".
