These devices are critical to whole-class success. As we enter our second year using the inquiry model, iPads have given my students more voice and choice in the learning process and the way they express and share their knowledge. While we are lucky to have several iPads already, they are in high demand, and two more would provide a wider impact on student engagement. My students desperately need to make more connections with the world and to know their place in it. Providing students with updated technology will assist me in being a better teacher and increasing my students' desire to learn.
