Step into our first grade classroom and feel the energy! My students come from many different countries and cultures, filling our room with a beautiful mix of languages, traditions, and perspectives. We’re a Title I school, and every kiddo brings curiosity, heart, and potential through our doors each morning. Our classroom is bright and colorful, a place where every child feels like they belong. Whether a student is just learning English or already a confident reader, whether they’re shy or bursting with energy, this is their safe space to grow, take risks, and be celebrated for who they are. We believe learning should be joyful. My first graders love to sing, move, explore, and discover, and I work hard to make every lesson tap into that excitement. Together, we’re building a classroom family rooted in kindness, respect, and the belief that every child deserves the tools to shine.
