Many of the students in our mathematics class have not yet mastered the computational skills needed to do middle school math. Calculators assist with some of these challenging calculations. This support is especially useful for students with disabilities. Additionally, we need glue sticks to maintain our interactive notebooks which serve as self-created "mini-textbooks." It is vital that students can maintain a record of their learning as we build on concepts throughout the school year. Calculators will support students in accessing rigorous grade level content while they continue reviewing key skills. Your support will ensure students stay excited about mathematics and STEAM careers!
