Our students are often overlooked by society as unemployable and unskilled. This opportunity will provide them the in-house opportunity to gain interpersonal, hands on, customer service experience. The coffee industry is rapidly growing and statistics have shown that our overlooked population advances with skilled repetition. The donors will provide access to equipment used in the barista industry. Local businesses are looking to employ hard working, skilled individuals that are eager to support their business visions. The industry is looking for employees who require minimal additional training. This funded project will ignite student interest in other career opportunities which can be partnered with the area community colleges.

About my class
