Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) is a wonderful resource that allows for creativity when teaching. It has been extra challenging teaching remotely during the pandemic but the progress I have seen from my students is amazing! I am always looking for ways to expand on my lessons and TPT has proven to be my most valuable resource. I use TPT for digital activities for most of my lessons but find it especially useful for Language Arts and Math lessons. I am able to use it both remotely and it will also carry over when the students return to school as there are many paper versions of lessons. I often create my own materials but using TPT is so helpful; both in saving time and also finding new and innovative ideas that I have not thought of. Currently, I am teaching remotely but we will be going back to live teaching soon. A small portion of our students started inschool learning but we are all expected to go back soon. My students will be in school five days a week as there is not a hybrid model for some of the Special Education students in Chicago. The transition will be much easier when returning to school if I have more funding for TPT materials.
