Alief Taylor HS is made up of a very cultural diverse group of students that are from many countries around the world. The majority of the student population is made up of Latinos and African Americans, along with students from Asia and Europe. We all have one great thing in common in the classroom. The common language of the love of making music together. Despite the fact that more than 75% of the students are receiving free or reduced breakfast and lunch, or that our campus is a title one school with many students living with a one income source family, Alief Taylor's students strive to create music to its utmost beauty and presentation everyday. Thus, making the world a little bit better for sharing beautiful melodies and harmonies for all to hear, and hopefully preparing their future for a better tomorrow for all!
