I will use these books as the school counselor to help support students who have persistent anxious thoughts. This can be general anxiety, social anxiety, or school anxiety. The company who manufactures these books licenses these workbooks so that they can only be used by one student, which is beyond my budget. These books use evidence based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support students both in and out of school. Since early intervention is key, these books can be used to change the entire course of these children's lives. The great thing about Coping Cat is that it can be used for several different types of anxiety.
