My students do not have access to this type of equipment like boxing gloves and punching bags, in or outside of school. These boxing gloves and punching bags will allow me to include all students in my school, either in physical education class for a high intensity boxing workout and after school for a free boxing workout club! All students in my building will be eligible to participate in a free after school boxing and high intensity interval training club! At this club, I will teach students, and staff, proper boxing techniques, safe form for punches and high intensity interval training that includes station work with exercises like burpees, running, jumping jacks, squats, split lunges, up down squats and mountain climbers! Each station will be for 2 minutes, with participants trying for as many repetitions as they can do in the time allowed.
