What would it be like for a 9th grader, one who has limited resources, to write, shoot and edit their own creative vision and see it projected on the Promethean Board? The making of a video can take the anxiety out learning and can challenge the student beyond what they initially thought possible. As a producer/writer of high-profile episodic television, I can teach the skill sets I learned in my first career to my high school freshman in this second career. I am witness to and proof of expression through alternative means.
