The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students already have a home. In other words, I know exactly where everything will go. We just need your help in getting everything through our door! The Z-racks and hangers will be used to hang and store the costumes that my students have created in the past and will create in the future. The storage containers will be used to store the fabric and other materials needed to create costumes from their original designs. The sewing machine and table are incredibly necessary as we only have two currently for 25 students on average to share. The table will allow my students to work in a flexible classroom/lab environment. With your donation, you will allow my students to increase their capability of bringing their theatrical designs to life and support the idea that all of their work should be respected and presented. With your donation, you will allow a part of the curriculum that is currently lacking to come to life. My students will begin to see themselves as true designers and creators. We will use these materials to aid us in the process of becoming lifelong designers. I truly need your support to make this a dream become a reality.
