My students will now be able to partner up and practice taping ankles, wrists, fingers and elbows during class this year! After each taping lab day, we also have to make sure we wipe down the tables so that germs do not get spread, since our classroom is used for other classes as well throughout the day/year. My students will now be able to take what they have learned during our taping labs and transfer them into the Athletic Training profession when they are out there with our athletes treating injuries! Our class is a Service Learning class so after our taping labs and having them practice their skills within the Athletic Training profession, they will be able to write about their experiences and how much this has helped them further their skill development.
