Using the Recorder Karate Program in the musical classroom is a health and fun way for students to learn to read melodic notes and rhythms. With the assistance of recorders this plants the seed to other instruments such as saxophones, clarinets and oboe's etc. In addition, being that karate is an exciting activity for many children the students will look forward to advancing to the next level as they improve on each level, starting with the white belt, moving on to the yellow belt, continuing further to the orange and red belts, and green, blue and purple belt and concluding with the highest belt which is the black belt.

About my class
