This year our school was selected from many schools in the United States to participate in the Summit Learning program. Summit Learning is an individualized learning platform that is designed for students specific needs and learning styles. Student curriculum is designed on a platform that is accessed through individual electronic devices. Students work at their own pace and have choices of areas to sit and work. By having alternative seating, students are more relaxed and less stressed when it comes to learning the material. Alternative seating also offers students with attention issues the opportunity to move around so that they stay focused and are able to stay on task.
