My students come to school full of life and ready to learn! As adults, we get tired of sitting in hard chairs all day. Students do too! They need more flexible, comfortable seating options to enhance student engagement and learning. Research shows that students learn better when they are physically active and comfortable. We need balance ball chairs, empire chair and inflatable donut balls for flexible seating options in the classroom to enhance student engagement and learning. These different flexible seating options will provide my students with these opportunities. This project would significantly help my students stay engaged in our learning throughout the day. I want them to feel comfortable and at home in our classroom. I cannot wait to see all of the things we can do with flexible seating!
