Teamwork is the number one valued asset employers look for in an employee. In 5th grade, there’s still a lot of “me, me, me”. Through fun and hands-on activities, my students will learn the value of being a successful team player. Escape room puzzles bring students to want to work together for the good of the team. They support, encourage, listen, and include each other. This will build their strategical thinking, as well as strengthen our classroom community. Leadership begins with knowing all about how to take care of yourself, but it grows by learning how to be interdependent and work well with others.
