This project is aimed at providing my class with the necessary materials for filling our newly renovated greenhouse at school. The seeds will be used to grow an cultivate vegetables, flowers, and saplings throughout the semester. During the semester students will be utilizing the information learned in class to grow and maintain their products. This semester long term grow project, flower/vegetable business will be used as a project based learning assessment, rooted in hands on activities requiring students to dig deeper into their understanding of how these plants grow. The pots will also allow students to sell their products to fund raise for future classes during our school wide Earth Day celebration and expand our growing to the outdoor gardening area on campus. All puns intended in this project
