Students will be able to use center materials in a supervised setting with staff to assist. They are currently working with 1:1 staff support in every circumstance. For example, when I prepare folder games or sorting tasks, the students need a staff member to work through the task with them every time. The quality and consistency of these commercial materials will help make it easier for students to learn to use the materials independently. They are much more durable than the teacher-made materials I have been using. In addition, the organization of the math centers will be supported by the commercial packaging as well as the Math Centers cart I have requested.
