I firmly believe that our students have to be rewarded for the outstanding work that they do. Just like anybody else, students need a constant reminder that they are doing a great job. Although their report cards show their growth throughout the school year, students need tangible items and rewards to keep them motivated. These rewards will be placed in their treasure box for them to earn a reward after they have shown academic growth. The treasure box can be accessed by passing their High frequency words, reading tests, math tests as well as over all growth in any academic area. Please help me reward my students by helping me fund this project. I can already imagine their faces full of joy and excitement when they see what they can earn. I am sure that this project will highly motivate all students to try their best and earn a chance to choose something from the treasure box!
