We need the easel, manipulatives, and individual white boards to help improve student learning. Every day we come together and work in a small group. The students come to me and we work at a table together. This easel would allow us to keep valuable resources ( anchor charts, pocket charts) that we have worked on creating together. The white board will also allow the students to show their thinking and for teacher - led instruction. The individual white boards and markers would allow students to independently complete tasks at their own pace. The manipulatives will be able to be used with the easel for word building activities, and math concepts ( money, time, fractions) that we will be learning this school year. The easel, white boards, and manipulatives would make our small group learning more enjoyable and more hands on for the students.
