I teach 9th and 10th grade English. My students are eager and willing to learn and want to make something of themselves. They wish to do their part to make the world a better place. They are compassionate students who collaborate on classroom and community projects. They are ambitious students who plan to go to college, and in many cases will be the first in their family to attend college. Many of my students long to see a world beyond their rural community of Rosamond and seek to travel the world and learn about other cultures.

About my class
