My students need headphones to explore the internet, electronic books, educational games and videos. They will use educational sites like National Geographic and Myon (reading) to reinforce their reading as well as typing to learn new technology skills. The games and activities will focus on their reading and math skills. Our students will use these materials to explore their ability through researching, printing, and reading comprehension! These activities will be used during computer times throughout the day as we research while learning together. This project is life changing for our students because many of them do not have access to a computer at home. Underwater Fun! My students will learn about life cycles, and how do animals adapt to environment with the Easy View Aquarium. They will research, and keep logs on their computers about animals, habitats, and environments according to their age. They will see videos and compare/contrast their own aquarium and fish. Younger students will be able to use these manipulatives during our whole group and small group time, learning letters and sounds as they make words, numbers, and sets as we explore counting skills. Building a strong vocabulary, math, science and social studies for my older students. We will use U.S. States and Capitals match ups and make projects about each state as we learn about out nation. Your generous donation to our project will improve our whole school by building stronger readers and writers. This will change our students' lives for the better. They will love school and have fun while learning
