This year every girl's athletic program such as: soccer, basketball, softball, track and power lifting have started a strength and conditioning program. The girls worked very hard this summer to get ready for their seasons. We would like to incorporate Olympic lifting and kettlebell training in our workouts. We need small Olympic plates to move forward. Also, the 10 lb. bumper plates are very important for teaching technique in dead lift and power cleans. Kettlebells will help the girls gain strength in their core and stabilizer muscles to help prevent injury. We want all our ladies to be competitive on and off the field, with these bumper plates and kettle bells I believe they will be able to do so.
