I teach 1st graders at a public elementary school in San Francisco. My role as their teacher is to help support and guide them to being the best that they can be and to find success as respectful, responsible, and independent individuals. My students come from a wide range of diverse backgrounds and learning abilities. They are a group of enthusiastic, engaged, and eager learners who are curious about the world around them, love being challenged, and enjoy demonstrating their creativity through the use of their imagination. From August to June, they work hard every day with guidance from me, finding success as they develop their academic and social skills.

About my class
