My students need Chromebooks to further expand their scope of learning while they communicate with students in other countries, who speak another language. Overwhelmingly, most of my students have no experience even listening to other languages spoken. Having Chromebooks will ensure them access to listening, reading, and writing activities, through various sites and apps such memorize, ed-puzzle, and many more variety which would give them authentic exposure to the french language. My project objective is to network in teaching and learning with schools in other countries via Skype. This experience will create for my students the type of exposure that they need in order to value the importance of communicating to people from another world other than theirs.
