My students have returned to in person school after being at home for 1 and a half years. They are craving social interactions, activities, physical movement, and time to learn new skills. Having a unit of Ping Pong in PE will help, motivate, and empower my students. Many of my students had a very hard time during the pandemic and are from marginalized and underrepresented communities. My students will love and learn a new lifetime skill and game. Ping Pong will teach teamwork, social skills, and help with mental health too!
