My classroom consist of 23 5th Grade students from age 10 to 13. Our school is a Title One Public School in St. Bernard Parish which is located just outside of the New Orleans area. Our classroom is fortunate to have many electronic advantages in our school district. My classroom is 1 to 1 with chrome books. Unfortunately, the furniture in our classroom is very outdated. My hope is that we can adapt the furniture in our classroom to allow my students to get their wiggles out while they work and enhance motivation through student choice. My scholars would benefit greatly from more flexible seating options.
