After over a year off of school due to COVID-19, so many of our students are feeling the loss of learning that occurred, as well as the lack of social development. My project has many different options to help them all stay engaged and make great gains as well as help students back in school or who are virtual, either temporarily or permanent. With this positive incentive project, students earn points throughout the week. They will earn points for positive behavior and for students that make academic advances. The standards SLK.1, SL1.1, SL2.2, SL3.1, SL4.1, SL5.1 will be addressed when students do earn points. They will be rewarded by going to the treasure box weekly to redeem those points. These items will benefit the whole school as this is a school wide program.
