We need a reading bench and accompanying bins for our classroom library! This will help create a cozy atmosphere and ignite a love for reading in my students. Currently, students read at their desks during reading workshop and independent reading time. Many often ask to read in the library, even though we do not have any seating options in the library at this time. My students would love to have the opportunity to sit on a soft bench during reading time! This would provide an incentive for sustaining independent reading stamina and reward students for their love of reading and learning!
