The materials and supplies that I am requesting for our students will be the building blocks for what will become Crossroad’s first full science lab. We need your help getting started. The science lab will be located in an adjacent building that will be accessible to students and staff on daily basis. Our plan is to use the science lab to give our students the hands on and interactive learning experience needed to connect grade level vocabulary and complex scientific phenomena to their everyday experiences. By providing our students with a rich, diverse, and exciting science learning experience, we will go a long way in building the next generation of well informed and careful citizens of the world that will also be good caretakers of their environment.
