As an avid reader myself, I know how important it is to foster the love of reading in young children. We have a small library in our classroom with many books that are very worn from years of use. I would like to replace a few of our favorites as well as add some new titles. With donations I hope to also add a set of wireless headphones, stories on cd and a group set of books. This will give the children the opportunity to learn to handle and respect books by being given their own book to manipulate while listening to the story
