The students that I teach are very energetic and hard workers. Many struggle as readers. Throughout this school year, many students have made some significant improvement with their reading. But, the children could learn even more and have expanded their reading skills even better, if I had the appropriate tools to teach reading. My classroom is in dire need of a DRA kit, a MTP board, age appropriate reading books, and a rug time carpet. These school materials are very good tools that will be beneficial helping students be age appropriate readers. However these items are very costly. I need help getting the materials I need to teach ELA in my classroom.
