Every student has goals and technology can help to achieve them. My students' abilities range from 6th grade to 12th grade for math and reading. It is up to me to close that gap and increase their understanding. My students need 3 new iPads. Even with 19 years of teaching, I am always looking for ways to connect and reach my students by using as many resources as possible and iPads are an incredible way to do this. Since many students have a "learned helplessness", I feel it is my duty to provide them with skills which provide them with self-confidence to go for their dreams.
