My second grade classroom is in a small, Title I school. We have a very close knit community of students and staff. My students have quite the array of backgrounds. They also vary in academic ability as well. They are hard-workers that have a general enjoyment for learning. They get excited to start something new and try their hardest most of the time, for second grade.
