These materials would help my students tremendously. For what the students have to mix batters and make different Culinary creations, our little handheld mixers sometimes don't make the appropriate textures. These beautiful mixers would be so worth it! We would be able to do so much more! Since I have 40 minutes in class, the students have a certain amount of time and with the mixers it would be more efficient. We would appreciate these mixers so much! I think the students would even be more excited to use such quality! We would make different cakes, cupcakes, and different delicate pastries! It would also be beneficial for my Sauces, Stocks, & Meat Cutting class too for bread pudding and other recipes that required heavy duty mixing!
