I am in charge of a math enrichment program that services students in grades K-6. Students in different grades are focusing on many different topics in their exploration of math and science in my classes. The primary students (grades K-2) focus on measurement during their time with me, which includes hands-on tasks. The intermediate students (grades 3-6) focus on STEM related activities, primarily robotics. They work through problems and projects utilizing their programming skills to program the robot to solve the task. All groups are challenged and encouraged to take risks with their learning! We work both independently and in groups, learning from one another daily.
