The materials requested will help provide our students with tools to enhance their experience through our strength training course. The purpose of this course is to teach fundamental strength training exercises that will enhance individual physical fitness. The activities and exercises learned will provide students with life-long skills to promote an active and healthy lifestyle. Each student will learn proper techniques and key exercises that can be conducted both at home as well as in a public gym setting. The TRX suspension trainers, resistance bands and kettlebells will provide practical and age appropriate equipment for my students to properly learn fundamental training techniques. Students will be able to utilize, set up, and implement appropriate training techniques in order to enhance their personal fitness level.
