I am wanting to increase my seating choices for my students. My kids love having the opportunity to pick their own work place. This makes the students think about what kind of learning environment works best for them. We have talked in great detail about how not all seating choices will work best for you. It is amazing to watch students realize their own learning style. The flexible seating options I am wanting to purchase are items we currently do not have in class. Several students love the pillows I have in my room now. I think the chair cushions will be items that the kids will love! The stools will also give students the choice of using them instead of their normal chairs. I have also requested 30 bands, one for each students desk. This will be very helpful for every child. It is very hard for kids to stay still in their desks during instructions. By having the bands on each chair, the kids will have something to increase their focus on work rather that fidgeting around in their chair.s
