My students just started a new school year as first graders. They are super excited about their new classroom and really enjoy the new things they are learning in school. The carpet that we originally have was from previous teacher at our school. It is a great rug, however it has various patterns and shapes that distracts students from learning at times. This new carpet from Donors choose would benefit not only classroom management but also help students know where to sit and how as new first graders should respect each of their personal spaces. This Donation will greatly benefit students attention in where to sit but also help me as a first year teacher manage a new group of students much more efficiently.
