In today's world we are surrounded by technology. Bringing the physical education classroom into the 21st century is critical to student success. Having pedometers readily available will allow students to see their efforts in class in real time. Aerobic and anaerobic activities will be recorded with the pedometers. They will accurately show how movement in class can be calculated electronically. Working in a large high school in one of the largest districts in the states presents challenges for getting funded. I am reaching out and relying on the generosity of others to help get these students started on the right track!
