Classroom supplies are limited and often in great need. There are many small items we need, but, I would rather take care of the larger items to increase attention and focus. With technology leading the way, I would like to provide my students with items to use in the classroom that can facilitate the use of technology in academics and in career readiness. In asking for headphones, I hope to use them as an auditory assistant to increase literacy. My students, who having learning deficits, benefit greatly from reading programs online that provide visual, auditory and kinesthetic activities. New headphones will be able to isolate each student to their individual lesson and needs.
