My students need access to books that they can read, so that they can become better readers! Children learn many things just by picking up a book and reading it. I believe the key to creating life-long learners, is to help children learn to LOVE reading! By donating to our project, you will help my students get their hands on books that are easy enough for them to read, but challenging enough to help them learn. Many of my students walk into my classroom at the beginning of the year with no knowledge of school. That makes teaching children to read a challenge! It is even harder when the students do not have access to books with simple, repetitive text. Your donation will help move mountains in my classroom. Oh, and reading levels too!
