Your generous donation to our project will improve our 2nd grade classroom by building a stronger reader and writer. General class supplies are economically challenging in the demographic I currently work. We do not have a lot of books in our room library. We do not have a lot of general supplies Giving the children a wider choice of books/activities will increase their knowledge of different subjects. Creating more knowledge is creating stronger skills for 1st grade and their life. Going into first grade with strong skills will increase children academic scores. They will prepared and understand procedures in a school and be able to set attainable goals for the future of the child. The children of today are the future......senators, governors, cooks, attorneys, judges, teachers, maybe even president.
