I am proud to be the teacher of a group of students that are eager to learn and have a genuine curiosity about the world around them. Our class is a part of a Title 1 school in an urban setting and one of our biggest goals this year is to improve our reading skills. I am confident that with support in providing these students with materials such as leveled reading books we will make our goal! But we won't stop at reading. Math is also a major area of focus as well. To improve students' number sense, I implement hands-on math activities to provide a rich and accessible experience for every math concept learned. And with these activities comes the need for A LOT of resources and materials. It is my mission to provide the tools this group of students needs to be lifelong learners. Please join me along in the ride!
