This is my first year as a teacher of special education in a “center-based” classroom. My students will be in need of specific seating for their individual needs. Students will benefit from these cube chairs during times such as morning meeting, and more. This is important for both myself and students to benefit their learning experience through both whole group and individualized instruction. At this age, (3&4) students struggle to sit on rugs freely during learning/instruction times. These chairs will give my students the flexibility to sit in a number of different ways while attending to their instruction and/or learning times. My students will each have their own individual needs based upon their disabilities. It is important for me to support them in all areas, such as this - their whole group instruction. With your help, I will be able to support each student to get through some of the most difficult tasks on a daily basis. I am so excited to work with my students this year and look forward to giving them the tools and strategies they need to reach their full potential! Please help me reach my goal!
