By obtaining these K'Nex and containers we will be able to offer our students the chance to be in a competition out side of the classroom though our local intermediate unit. They hold a yearly K'Nex Challenge to advance STEM in the local schools. Students are required to create a blueprint and then build using the blue print in a limited amount of time. The structure must successfully complete a challenge which includes being eco-friendly. Our students have a disadvantage in the competition because of access to a limited amount of K'Nex. The students have asked us to purchase that we purchase more of the K'Nex sets.
